Originally purchased to provide
the first ladder service in Bay
County this unit was the only
aerial device until 2007. In
2007 three new 100 platforms
were placed in service with
Thomas Drive, the City of Panama
City Beach and the City of
Panama City. This Quint has been
re-designated Ladder 9 and
assigned to the Sand Hill
Volunteer Fire Department at
Station 9. It sill fill a role
for Thomas Drive serving as the
County’s reserve ladder to allow
the New Ladder 1 to receive full
ISO credit. |
